At London City Hotel & Resort, we are deeply committed to providing a safe, responsible and enjoyable environment for all adult guests. Our Private Entertainment Floor is a place of leisure — and we want it to remain so.
Age Verification
All guests accessing our Private Entertainment Floor must present valid photo identification confirming they are 18 years of age or older. No exceptions are made. Our staff are trained to verify age with care and respect.
Know Your Limits
We encourage all guests to set personal limits before enjoying any entertainment experience. Our team will never encourage you to exceed limits you have set for yourself, and will always support a guest who chooses to step away.

Right to Refuse
London City Hotel & Resort reserves the right to refuse access or ask any guest to leave our premises at any time, without providing a reason, in the interests of safety and responsible operation.

Our Formal Policy
London City Hotel & Resort operates its Private Entertainment Floor in full compliance with all applicable United Kingdom legislation, including the Gambling Act 2005 (as amended) and associated regulations set by the UK Gambling Commission, where applicable.
We do not permit access to any individual who:
- Is under 18 years of age
- Is visibly intoxicated
- Is known to have self-excluded from any similar establishment
- Has been asked to leave our premises previously
Our staff receive regular training in responsible entertainment practices and are empowered to intervene if they observe any guest showing signs of distress or problematic behaviour. Intervention will always be conducted with respect and discretion.
